As the school holidays approach, many families start asking the same question:

“Should we continue tutoring during the break, or take a well-earned pause?”

The answer is different for every family, and that’s perfectly okay. Whether your child wants to stay academically active, prepare for upcoming assessments, or simply recharge, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Here are a few reminders and opportunities to help your family make the most of the upcoming break.

📋 Stay Connected Through Session Reports

Did you know that after every tutoring session, you’ll receive a Student Feedback Report attached to your invoice email?

These reports are designed to keep you informed about what your child worked on, the progress they’re making, and any areas that may need additional support.

We believe tutoring works best when it’s a partnership between your child, your tutor, and your family.

If there’s a particular skill you’d like us to focus on, or you’ve noticed your child struggling with a topic at school, we’d love to hear from you. Simply reply to one of our emails or get in touch with our team so we can tailor future sessions to your child’s needs.

🌴 Should You Continue Tutoring During the School Holidays?

The upcoming school holidays (6–17 July) are a great opportunity for students to rest—but they can also be an excellent time to build confidence without the pressure of regular schoolwork.

Some families choose to continue tutoring during the break to:

✅ Reinforce learning from the previous term
✅ Prepare for the term ahead
✅ Build confidence in challenging subjects
✅ Stay consistent with study routines

Others prefer to take a short break and return refreshed next term.

Whatever works best for your family, just let us know and we’ll happily arrange your schedule.
